Returns

We want to make sure the return process is as smooth as possible for our clients. We offer free returns on all purchases made on www.laperla.com.

The shipping costs for the first return will be at our expense. Purchased items can be returned within 28 days from the delivery date, in compliance with the return conditions.

Please check your order upon receipt. For any problem, you can contact our Customer Service.

Returns will no longer be accepted after 28 days from the date of receipt of the package.

The items must be sent back from the Country where the order was delivered. Items must be returned in the original condition with all tags still attached.

Online purchases cannot be returned in Stores and vice versa.

Returns that do not comply with the above conditions are not accepted and will be sent back to the Client.

The following items will NOT be accepted in return:

  • The Parfums.
  • Items that have been damaged, worn, altered, washed, or allegedly used according to the judgment of our quality control department.
  • Briefs, bodysuits, and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct contact with the skin (the swimsuits are the only items equipped with a protective adhesive film).
  • Embroidered items.

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like the item ordered in a different size or an alternative item please return your original order and place a new one on our websites or get in touch with our customer care team.

In case of further return related to the same order (which falls within 28 days from the delivery date), the shipping costs will have to be borne by the Client.
