For Singapore and Taiwan orders, delivery times vary due to local customs procedures.

Singapore and Taiwan orders have the chance to be taxed, the taxed order will be informed by courier. As the recipient of the order, you must instead pay these duties and taxes directly to our courier to release your order from customs. Please keep the receipt and contact our customer service team. We will arrange tax refund after verification.

Receiving An Order 

Your order will be delivered during business hours (8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday). Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and may include a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. During Sale and busy times this period may be extended to 72 hours due to the volume of orders.

Tracking Orders

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. Your order will be shipped with SF/LHT Express. You can track your shipment at (HK/MO) / (SG/TW). Please contact with our customer service team if you want to make changes to your delivery while your order is on its way to you.

Failed Delivery Procedure

If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address SF/LHT will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. After two attempted deliveries, La Perla Customer Care will contact you directly by e-mail.
